FINALLY SWAM.
with sis.
lousy sis!
she swam 3rd lap only tell me
"jie wo bu xing le.."
it wasn't even 'to and fro' de one lap.
is 'to' one lap,
'fro' one lap.
in the end i swam 12 laps,
she swam 8 laps.
not bad lah,
considering it has been damn long since we last swam properly.
sis decided to treat the family to jap food with her first pay.
since i exercised,
i thought i could afford to eat a lil bit more for dinner. :X
potato salad, chawanmushi, salmon sashimi, waygu steak teriyaki, hot sake, sprite.
more exercise soon..
